This phone system offers a simple self install phone system which is ideal for home office or a small business user. With no set up or engineering costs, you can have a complete phone system up and running within an hour by simply plugging in a few wires and then choosing your personal preferences within the system. The Orchid 206 is set up for 2 phone lines and up to 6 telephone extensions which all terminate on RJ11 sockets for easy DIY installation, no hard wiring needed. All the leads you need are included in this package to make things as easy as possible. The Orchid 206 PBX small office phone system comes with a wealth of features that are invaluable to the small business user such as an auto attendant option which allows you to record a personalised message which can be played to your customer should you not be able to answer the phone, or to direct their call to the correct extension i.e press 1 for sale, 2 for accounts. Calls can be forwarded and transferred via the Orchid 206 system and a conference facility allows for multiple extensions to join in on one phone call. Direct Dials can be set up for extensions and a flexible ringing assignment means you can instruct certain extensions to ring for line 1 and others to ring for line 2 dependent on your requirements. Outgoing calls can also be controlled with the option to restrict dialling on all or selected extensions to premium rate numbers, international numbers, mobile numbers or calls to the speaking clock or directory enquiries.
